At the end of each line in the verse (after the Dsus2 chord is
played), there is a sliding up sound. This is where the Dsus2
shape
is slid up two frets, then two notes are picked (A, then G on
the
G string) before returning to the Am chord, i.e.

3) The trickiest part is the picking of the Dsus2 chord in the
chorus.
In the first chorus the picking pattern is shorter than in the
subsequent
choruses. I.e. initially the chords are Dsus2 and then Dsus2/Ab.
In a later
chorus, the descending pattern goes a stage further, i.e. Dsus2,
Dsus2/Ab,
Dsus2/G.
